Responsibilities
- Own the global lab operations strategy for validation environments.
- Align lab capabilities with product roadmaps and milestones.
- Lead and mentor lab operations teams and staff.
- Ensure readiness of lab environments for Server CPU bring-up and validation.
- Oversee procurement and lifecycle management of lab equipment.
- Manage lab access governance and compliance with safety standards.
- Serve as the executive owner for lab safety programs and readiness reviews.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in electronics labs or hardware validation.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing large lab environments.
- Strong understanding of Server CPU and SoC-based system architectures.
- Experience with FPGA and flash programming, and advanced board-level rework.
- Familiarity with modern lab equipment such as oscilloscopes and analyzers.
- Strong background in data-center server hardware preferred.
