Responsibilities
- Fabricating test setups and assembling prototype parts.
- Documenting tests through observations, photos/videos, and data acquisition.
- Troubleshooting and reporting failures, identifying root causes.
- Collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to define and execute test plans.
- Maintaining the testing space and ensuring equipment is operational.
- Ensuring safety while working with batteries and high voltage systems.
- Contributing to team growth and mentoring junior technicians.
Job Requirements
- Technical or engineering fundamentals from education or hands-on experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on work with technical systems.
- Experience in fabricating/building/assembly.
- Knowledge of high voltage safety and comfort working with high voltage systems.
- Experience with mechanical and electrical components inspection.
- Ability to read and build from electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
- Passion for high tech, aviation, or agriculture is a plus.
