Responsibilities
- Work in a safe manner and adhere to safety policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with manufacturing personnel to document existing work procedures.
- Update work instructions, routers, and travelers as needed.
- Conduct and document training with manufacturing personnel on work procedures.
- Assist in defining efficient manufacturing processes for quality control and optimal throughput.
- Partner with personnel to create documented video training and write SOPs.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of manufacturing processes and lead 6s projects.
Job Requirements
- Proficiency with MS Office applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment as a Co-op/Intern is a plus.
- Familiarity with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Mastercam, and Vizio.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
