Responsibilities
- Work safely and adhere to safety policies and procedures.
- Document existing work procedures in collaboration with manufacturing personnel.
- Update work instructions, routers, and travelers as needed.
- Conduct training for manufacturing personnel on work procedures.
- Define efficient manufacturing processes to control product quality and improve throughput.
- Create documented video training and write Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects and report on current projects to the Leadership team.
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Familiarity with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Mastercam, and Vizio.
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
