Responsibilities
- Develop, coordinate, implement, and monitor QMS policies and procedures.
- Provide training on quality/QMS related items.
- Lead quality improvement efforts across cross-functional areas.
- Review and validate internal and external rejections against specifications.
- Perform trend analysis for rejections and develop rework plans.
- Conduct internal audits and support external audits.
- Ensure all tool calibration is compliant with requirements.
Job Requirements
- 4-year degree in Business Administration or Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of progressive quality engineering experience, preferably in aerospace.
- Proficient in Excel and intermediate skills in Microsoft Office products.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.
- Familiarity with aerospace manufacturing/processing environment preferred.
