Responsibilities
- Create detailed design specifications for mechanical components and systems.
- Utilize CAD software to develop 3D models and 2D drawings.
- Conduct feasibility studies and prototype testing to validate design concepts.
- Perform stress analysis, thermal analysis, and other simulations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure integration of mechanical components.
- Oversee the fabrication of prototypes and conduct thorough testing.
- Create comprehensive documentation, including design specifications and test plans.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 3 – 5 years of experience in mechanical design, analysis, and testing.
- Strong proficiency with SolidWorks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Experience with prototyping and testing methodologies.
