Responsibilities
- Develop and document comprehensive test plans for hardware components.
- Perform functional, environmental, and reliability tests on robotic subsystems.
- Investigate test failures and conduct root cause analysis.
- Validate prototype components to ensure they meet design requirements.
- Record detailed test data and communicate results to teams.
- Identify opportunities for enhancing test procedures and product robustness.
- Collaborate with Mechanical, Electrical, and Software teams on testing strategies.
Job Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in hardware test engineering or related fields.
- Strong electrical engineering foundation for designing test circuitry.
- Experience with control systems and actuator interfaces.
- Hands-on experience with standard lab equipment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Strong communication skills for documentation and presentations.
- Comfortable in a dynamic startup environment.
