Responsibilities
- Support the product development process ensuring robust product/process design and manufacturability.
- Develop and implement cost-effective manufacturing strategies for new products.
- Update work instructions and resolve quality issues to ensure top product quality.
- Collaborate with New Product Introduction (NPI) and Sustaining Engineers to validate product performance.
- Assist plant engineers with production capacity planning and process improvements.
- Work alongside engineers from various disciplines to achieve business goals.
- Engage with a focused team of engineers on projects related to manufacturing and quality.
Job Requirements
- Enrolled in an Engineering degree or alternative program.
- Eligible for full-time employment by Summer 2028.
- Legal authorization to work permanently in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
- Enrollment in Mechanical, Biomedical, Industrial, Plastics, Manufacturing, or related Engineering programs is preferred.
- Ability to comply with U.S. export control laws and regulations.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Interest in working in the MedTech industry.
