Responsibilities
- Design and implement embedded software solutions for ultrasound system hardware modules.
- Own the delivery of software components, including requirements, design, implementation, and feature verification.
- Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and clinical specialists.
- Work in a Windows development environment using C and/or C++.
- Ensure adherence to the software development lifecycle and best practices.
- Analyze and solve complex problems in software development.
- Perform physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements as needed.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience with programming languages (C or C++).
- Experience with hardware and lab test equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, etc.).
- BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively across disciplines.
- Must meet minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements.
