Responsibilities
- Lead sustainment programs aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage program execution, including schedules, dependencies, and risks.
- Own sustainment program management for medical devices and SaMD.
- Drive roadmap clarity for sustainment initiatives and enhancements.
- Implement and manage detailed program plans covering timelines and resources.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to monitor field performance and manage risk.
- Ensure regulatory and quality compliance across all sustainment activities.
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in software medical device product development and/or program management.
- Hands-on experience with post-market surveillance and complaint handling.
- Strong knowledge of medical device regulations (ISO 13485, IEC 62304, ISO 14971).
- Experience with SaMD and connected medical devices preferred.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Ability to align diverse stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
- Must meet physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements.
