Responsibilities
- Lead advanced development for new hardware categories and define system architecture.
- Translate product aspirations into technical briefs and Engineering Requirements Documents.
- Act as a technical guide for cross-functional teams, ensuring high-fidelity prototypes.
- Conduct feasibility studies and provide technical roadmaps for investment decisions.
- Mentor cross-functional teams and promote engineering excellence.
Job Requirements
- 12+ years of hardware experience in consumer electronics and dynamic motion systems.
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and conduct feasibility studies.
- Strong communication skills to influence senior stakeholders.
- High competency in manufacturing processes and tolerance analysis.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
