Responsibilities
- Design ownership of mechanical enclosure systems from architecture through continuous improvement
- Define product design direction by exploring and communicating design decisions
- Focus on mechanical enclosures, environmental seals, and heat sinks
- Develop and manage sub-system and component requirements
- Interface with thermal and structural analysts and other design functions
- Drive rapid prototyping and testing culture
- Support validation of products from concept through field deployment
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 0–3 years of relevant experience, including academic or internship experience
- Mastery of mechanical and thermal engineering fundamentals
- Conversant in electrical fundamentals
- Extensive use of CAD and PLM software (CATIA or NX)
- Familiarity with FEA/CFD and common CAE practices
- Hands-on prototyping, validation, and testing experience
