Responsibilities
- Lead and define engineering plans for the design and manufacture of valves and controls.
- Manage resource allocation and deployment among engineering teams.
- Provide leadership on product development and new technology introduction.
- Serve as a technical liaison with program management and customers.
- Ensure implementation of process improvement and design standardization.
- Accountable for budget planning and cost management for engineering systems.
- Identify and create technical training and development plans for team members.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical discipline; Master’s preferred.
- 10-12 years of related experience, with 4+ years in management/supervisory roles.
- Aerospace manufacturing experience is highly desired.
- Proficient with project management and engineering analysis tools.
- Ability to apply program management principles to product development.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills for varied audiences.
- Knowledge of industry practices, regulations, and competitor analysis.
