Responsibilities
- Lead and define engineering plans for a major engineering team.
- Manage resource allocation and project plans.
- Provide leadership on product development and new technology introduction.
- Serve as a technical liaison with program management and customers.
- Ensure process improvement and design standardization.
- Manage budget planning and cost/schedule management for engineering systems.
- Identify and create technical training and development plans for staff.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering; Master’s preferred.
- 10-12 years of related experience, with 4+ years in management.
- Aerospace manufacturing experience is highly desired.
- Proficient in project management and engineering documentation tools.
- Ability to apply program management principles to product development.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills.
- Must meet Export Control compliance requirements (U.S. Citizenship/Permanent Resident).
