Responsibilities
- Acts as primary customer contact.
- Establishes customer rapport to facilitate company objectives and satisfaction.
- Leads proposal development and negotiation for new business.
- Coordinates gathering and technical analysis of customer requirements.
- Provides general coordination for Engineering, Production Control, Manufacturing, QA, and Support organizations.
- Negotiates project changes and maintains work statements, cost, and schedule baselines.
- Performs project close-out and documents lessons learned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field.
- Experience with military, defense, and/or government business clients.
- Project Management experience (PMP Certification is a plus).
- Experience working with cross-functional groups in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and travel as needed.
