Responsibilities
- Acts as primary customer contact.
- Establishes customer rapport to facilitate company objectives and customer satisfaction.
- Leads proposal development and negotiation for new business within established guidelines.
- Coordinates gathering and technical analysis of customer requirements.
- Provides coordination for Engineering, Production Control, Manufacturing, QA, and Support organizations.
- Participates in establishing, monitoring, and integrating project elements and communications.
- Researches and identifies program forecasts and customer funding.
Job Requirements
- Technical bachelor's degree in engineering or similar technical field.
- Experience with military, defense, and/or government business clients.
- Project Management experience (PMP Certification is nice to have).
- Experience working with multiple cross-functional groups within a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy are critical.
- Must be able to work in a drug-free workplace.
