Responsibilities

  • Acts as primary customer contact.
  • Establishes customer rapport to facilitate company objectives and customer satisfaction.
  • Leads proposal development and negotiation for new business within established guidelines.
  • Coordinates gathering and technical analysis of customer requirements.
  • Provides general coordination, timelines, and objectives for Engineering, Production Control, Manufacturing, QA, and Support organizations.
  • Negotiates project changes and incorporates changes into project control systems.
  • Performs project close-out and documents lessons learned.

Job Requirements

  • Technical bachelor's degree in engineering or similar technical field.
  • Experience with military, defense, and/or government business clients.
  • Project Management experience (PMP Certification is nice to have).
  • Experience working with multiple cross-functional groups within a manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to negotiate effectively and manage project changes.
  • Six or more years of increasingly responsible related experience.
