Responsibilities

  • Acts as primary customer contact.
  • Establishes customer rapport to facilitate company objectives and satisfaction.
  • Leads proposal development and negotiation for new business.
  • Coordinates gathering and technical analysis of customer requirements.
  • Provides general coordination for Engineering, Production Control, Manufacturing, QA, and Support organizations.
  • Negotiates project changes and maintains work statements, cost, and schedule baselines.
  • Performs project close-out and documents lessons learned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field.
  • Experience with military, defense, and/or government business clients.
  • Project Management experience (PMP Certification is a plus).
  • Experience working with cross-functional groups in a manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and travel as needed.
