Responsibilities
- Acts as primary customer contact.
- Establishes customer rapport to facilitate company objectives and customer satisfaction.
- Leads proposal development and negotiation for new business within established guidelines.
- Coordinates gathering and technical analysis of customer requirements.
- Provides general coordination, timelines, and objectives for Engineering, Production Control, Manufacturing, QA, and Support organizations.
- Participates in or develops mechanisms for establishing, monitoring, and integrating project elements.
- Negotiates project changes and incorporates changes into project control systems.
Job Requirements
- Must have a technical bachelor's degree in engineering or a similar technical field.
- Experience with military, defense, and/or government business clients.
- Project Management experience (PMP Certification is nice to have).
- Experience working with multiple cross-functional groups within a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills required.
- Attention to detail and accuracy are position critical.
- U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency may be required for certain positions.
