Responsibilities
- Plans and designs manufacturing processes to improve product assembly.
- Develops and implements process improvement projects focusing on efficiency, material yield, safety, and cost.
- Provides guidance on design concepts and specification requirements for manufacturing techniques.
- Ensures compliance with regulations for complex processes and procedures.
- Investigates and suggests corrective actions to resolve quality issues.
- Performs additional responsibilities as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related Engineering field with 2-5 years of experience.
- Proficient knowledge of engineering concepts and ability to apply them.
- Ability to apply systematic and analytical problem-solving approaches.
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methods in quality and manufacturing.
- Proficient with CAD/CAM systems and data analysis tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and specifications.
