Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and designing manufacturing processes for new and existing products.
- Develop and implement process improvement projects focusing on efficiency, material yield, safety, and cost.
- Provide input to senior engineers on design concepts and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and apply technical standards.
- Investigate and recommend corrective actions for quality issues.
- Support the manufacture and assembly of Parker products.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related Engineering field with 0-2 years of experience.
- Knowledge of core engineering concepts and problem-solving techniques.
- Ability to apply continuous improvement methods in manufacturing functions.
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM systems and data analysis tools.
- Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task.
- Understanding of engineering drawings and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
