Responsibilities
- Assist in simple tool design and writing process instructions.
- Provide technical support and problem-solving for engineering challenges.
- Contribute to process improvements within the manufacturing environment.
- Communicate effectively with engineering teams and personnel at all levels.
- Work on design and production of parts for customers.
- Optimize various engineering processes in collaboration with engineers.
- Participate in project work on the production floor.
Job Requirements
- Must be a sophomore, junior, or senior in a mechanical or material science engineering program.
- Preference for candidates with prior mechanical or shop experience.
- Previous internship experience at Exotic Metals is preferred.
- Strong communication skills are necessary.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Interest in engineering and manufacturing processes.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work setting.
