Responsibilities
- Support engineering design and development of aircraft installation packages.
- Coordinate with customers and OEMs, as well as external engineering design groups.
- Maintain engineering drawing files and configuration control of released drawings.
- Utilize CAD tools for design/drafting responsibilities related to wiring diagrams and cable assemblies.
- Develop block library parts for engineers/designers.
- Review and check engineering data/drawings for accuracy.
- Support the design of installation engineering documentation for airline customers.
Job Requirements
- BSEE, BSME, or relevant engineering discipline.
- 0-3 years of experience in CAD/drafting software.
- Knowledge of aircraft and avionic terms.
- Ability to support calculations for aircraft analysis reports.
- Proficiency in Auto CAD, CATIA, Pro-E or equivalent design software.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% for coordination meetings and program reviews.
