Responsibilities
- Support senior engineers in coordinating programs with customers and OEMs.
- Maintain engineering drawing files and configuration control of released drawings.
- Utilize CAD tools to perform design/drafting responsibilities for wiring diagrams and cable assemblies.
- Develop block library parts for engineering/design use.
- Review and check engineering data/drawings for accuracy and traceability.
- Support the design of installation engineering documentation for airline customers.
- Coordinate with external engineering design groups and manufacturers for design changes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a relevant discipline.
- 0-3 years of experience with CAD/drafting software.
- Understanding of aircraft and avionic terminology.
- Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively in English.
- Knowledge of Auto CAD, CATIA, or Pro-E is a plus.
- Ability to support calculations for aircraft analysis reports.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% for meetings and program reviews.
