The Electrical Engineering Intern will gain hands-on experience in sustainable engineering design, working directly with engineering and design teams on various projects related to building design.
Responsibilities
- Perform electrical load calculations and block loads
- Participate in EZ Power crash course
- Assist in creating schematic design narratives
- Conduct NEC reviews
- Research renewable energy technologies (PV, Wind, Fuel Cells)
- Layout/design/calculations of PV systems
- Prepare site observation reports and cost estimates
Job Requirements
- 3rd year undergraduate student preferred
- Interest in the building design industry
- Passion for sustainable design solutions
- Effective communication skills
