Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day project work and allocate resources.
- Develop short- and long-term plans to meet financial goals.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and ensure effective client communication.
- Lead the development of bid proposals for technical projects.

- Identify and deploy new technologies and process improvements.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.
- 7 years of experience in a related technical or engineering environment.
- Experience supervising a technical work group.
- Knowledge of testing concepts and methods.
- Experience with mechanical testing equipment and CAD modeling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills with management and clients.
