Responsibilities
- Own DAQ Program Delivery and lead the roadmap and execution.
- Drive cross-functional integration of robotics hardware, software, and operational teams.
- Operationalize data collection systems into repeatable, scalable processes.
- Ensure DAQ stations are integrated and validated for production use.
- Build and manage detailed program plans and drive risk mitigation.
- Model and plan DAQ capacity to meet evolving data demands.
- Partner with engineering and data teams to enforce data quality standards.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management, systems engineering, or operations in hardware, robotics, or infrastructure-heavy environments.
- Strong systems-level thinking across hardware, software, and operational workflows.
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs.
- Experience scaling physical systems such as labs, factories, or robotics fleets.
- Comfortable working close to hardware and debugging real-world system issues.
- Strong analytical skills for modeling capacity and system performance.
- Excellent communication skills to align diverse stakeholders.
