Responsibilities
- Act as the single-threaded owner for operational readiness across NPI and ramp.
- Drive alignment across Engineering, Operations, and other stakeholders.
- Lead transition activities from NPI to mass production.
- Manage overall NPI build readiness, including material accountability and manufacturing readiness.
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring effective communication with executive stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with contract manufacturers and drive accountability.
- Support onsite factory builds and field deployments as needed.
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Operations, Engineering, or Program Management in hardware development.
- Proven track record leading complex hardware NPI programs.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing and supply chain fundamentals.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication skills for distilling complex issues.
- Experience in hyperscale datacenter or large-scale infrastructure environments (preferred).
- Technical background in server, rack, and/or network hardware (preferred).
