Responsibilities
- Act as the single-threaded owner for operational readiness across NPI and ramp.
- Translate infrastructure strategy into clear operating plans and execution priorities.
- Drive alignment across Engineering, Operations, and other stakeholders.
- Lead transition activities from NPI to mass production.
- Manage end-to-end risk identification and mitigation.
- Build strong relationships with contract manufacturers and OEMs.
- Support onsite factory builds and field deployments as needed.
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Operations, Engineering, or Program Management within hardware development.
- Proven track record leading complex hardware NPI programs.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing and supply chain fundamentals.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders in ambiguous environments.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in hyperscale datacenter or large-scale infrastructure environments preferred.
- Technical background in server, rack, and/or network hardware.
