Responsibilities
- Act as the single-threaded owner for operational readiness across New Product Introduction (NPI) and production ramp.
- Drive alignment across Engineering, Operations, and other stakeholders.
- Manage overall NPI build readiness and lead transition activities from NPI to mass production.
- Translate engineering requirements into actionable plans for manufacturing partners.
- Drive factory and deployment ramp readiness, including quality controls and reliability gates.
- Own end-to-end risk management and surface bottlenecks to propose solutions.
- Build strong relationships with contract manufacturers and support onsite factory builds.
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Operations, Engineering, or Program Management within hardware development.
- Proven track record leading complex hardware NPI programs.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing and supply chain fundamentals.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in hyperscale datacenter or large-scale infrastructure environments is preferred.
- Technical background in server, rack, and/or network hardware is advantageous.
