Responsibilities
- Act as the single-threaded owner for operational readiness across NPI and ramp.
- Translate infrastructure strategy into clear operating plans and execution priorities.
- Drive alignment across various departments and stakeholders.
- Identify inflection points for decisions or investments to protect long-term targets.
- Lead transition activities from NPI to mass production.
- Own end-to-end risk management and escalate issues as needed.
- Build repeatable operating mechanisms for high-velocity hardware development.
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Operations, Engineering, or Program Management within hardware.
- Proven track record in leading complex hardware NPI programs.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing and supply chain fundamentals.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in hyperscale datacenter or large-scale infrastructure environments preferred.
- Technical background in server, rack, and/or network hardware is a plus.
