Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end Hardware Operations readiness across AI infrastructure systems.
- Develop and operationalize scalable hardware operations processes and workflows.
- Lead cross-functional execution of Hardware Operations initiatives.
- Partner with various teams to ensure alignment on operational requirements.
- Develop operational scorecards and reporting frameworks to measure performance.
- Identify risks and drive mitigation plans across teams.
- Lead issue resolution efforts during hardware deployment and operational ramp.
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in technical program management or related roles.
- Experience supporting hardware systems at scale, particularly in data centers.
- Strong understanding of hardware development and deployment lifecycle.
- Ability to manage complex cross-functional schedules and dependencies.
- Technical fluency across hardware systems and infrastructure deployment.
- Excellent communication skills for influencing stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related field.
