Responsibilities
- Oversee electrical, mechanical, controls, and telemetry design for data centers.
- Develop, test, and implement operational procedures from design to deployment.
- Perform validation testing of equipment and hardware with vendors.
- Lead R&D lab buildout, including equipment selection and staffing.
- Select and manage engineering tools for design and operations.
- Collaborate with vendors for critical infrastructure equipment procurement.
- Ensure integration of power, cooling, controls, and networking systems.
Job Requirements
- 20+ years of experience in data center design and operations.
- Proven leadership in large-scale data center projects.
- Expertise in infrastructure systems and operational workflows.
- Hands-on experience with critical infrastructure equipment.
- Strong background in lab development and facility operations.
- Familiarity with engineering tools (CAD, CFD, PLM).
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering; advanced degree and PE certification preferred.
