Responsibilities
- Bring up new camera sensors and modules on prototype and production boards.
- Develop and maintain low-level camera software, including sensor drivers and board configuration.
- Enable and validate core capture paths for development and production.
- Stand up camera control and repeatability features for validation and debugging.
- Build and maintain camera bring-up tooling for debugging and issue reproduction.
- Partner closely with electrical engineering and systems teams for integration and stability.
- Diagnose real-world timing and integration issues in camera systems.
Job Requirements
- Deep experience shipping embedded camera systems, including sensor bring-up and driver development.
- Strong C/C++ experience with embedded or Linux-based systems.
- Hands-on understanding of common camera hardware interfaces and bring-up realities.
- Proven track record of building reliable capture paths and effective debug workflows.
- Preferred experience with mobile or embedded SoC camera stacks and vendor frameworks.
- Familiarity with building higher-level capture pipelines on low-level camera enablement.
- Ability to work in a hands-on, systems-oriented environment.
