Responsibilities
- Support innovation deployment through prototyping, testing, and refining mechanical solutions.
- Perform reliability testing and lifecycle analysis on mechanical components.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in mechanical subsystems.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including CAD files and system diagrams.
- Collaborate on component obsolescence risks and provide support for long-term fleet performance.
- Conduct functional tests and simulation studies for new launches.
- Collaborate with suppliers for smooth production rollouts of new mechanical components.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in a hands-on mechanical engineering role.
- Advanced proficiency in CAD (e.g., SolidWorks).
- Proven ability to troubleshoot technical challenges in subsystem designs.
- Knowledge of design-for-manufacturing and lifecycle management principles.
- Strong organizational skills for managing detailed technical documentation.
- Preferred: Advanced Degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
