Responsibilities
- Partnering with area teams to identify improvement opportunities and develop solutions.
- Managing projects to drive structural improvements with a PMO approach.
- Establishing and maintaining production management systems for ongoing operations.
- Improving operational efficiency of factory equipment and labor productivity.
- Communicating business objectives clearly to area teams.
- Conducting strategic capacity planning for equipment and staffing.
- Collaborating with peers across various locations to ensure a consistent approach.
Job Requirements
- BS or higher in Industrial Engineering; advanced MS degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in semiconductor-related work in Engineering is advantageous.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data analysis skills.
- Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
- Proficiency in M365 products and programming languages such as Python, R, or C++.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment.
