Responsibilities
- Partnering with Area teams to identify improvement opportunities and develop solutions to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals.
- Managing projects to drive structural improvements with a PMO approach.
- Establishing and maintaining production management systems to enhance operations.
- Improving operational efficiency of factory equipment to enhance cycle-time and capacity.
- Enhancing labor productivity through best practices and Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Communicating business objectives effectively to area teams.
- Collaborating with peers in different locations to ensure a consistent approach.
Job Requirements
- Strong analytical and creative thinking skills.
- Proficient in data analysis, statistics, and software like JMP or Minitab.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Knowledge of M365 products and programming languages such as Python, R, or C++.
- Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
- BS or higher in Industrial Engineering, with 1-2 years of semiconductor-related experience preferred.
- Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment.
