Responsibilities
- Partner with area teams to identify improvement opportunities and develop solutions.
- Drive structural improvements using a project management office (PMO) approach.
- Establish and maintain production management systems to enhance operations.
- Improve operational efficiency and labor productivity through Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Communicate business objectives to area teams and provide forecasts linked to factory objectives.
- Engage in strategic capacity planning for equipment and staffing.
- Collaborate with peers across multiple locations to ensure a consistent approach.
Job Requirements
- BS or higher in Industrial Engineering; advanced MS degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in semiconductor-related work is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and creative thinking skills for decision-making.
- Proficient in data analysis and statistical methods.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or C++, and BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
