Responsibilities
- Partnering with Area teams to identify improvement opportunities and develop solutions.
- Project management to drive structural improvements.
- Establishing and maintaining area production management systems.
- Improving operational efficiency of factory equipment and productivity.
- Communicating business objectives to area teams and providing forecasts.
- Strategic capacity planning for equipment and staffing.
- Collaborating with peers in different locations for a consistent approach.
Job Requirements
- BS or higher in Industrial Engineering; advanced MS degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in semiconductor-related work is advantageous.
- Strong analytical, data analysis, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Programming experience in Python, R, or C++, and familiarity with BI tools.
- Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment.
