Entry Level Industrial Engineer

The Entry Level Industrial Engineer at NXP is responsible for improving processes in a high-volume manufacturing facility, providing strategic guidance, and developing solutions to enhance safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals.

• Partnering with area teams to identify improvement opportunities.
• Project management to drive structural improvements.
• Establishing production management systems for ongoing operations.
• Improving operational efficiency of factory equipment.
• Enhancing labor productivity through Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Communicating business objectives and forecasts to area teams.
• Collaborating with peers across multiple locations for consistent approaches.

• BS or higher in Industrial Engineering.
• 1-2 years of experience in semiconductor-related work is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and creative thinking skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and statistics.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, R, or C++.
• Experience with Lean principles and methodologies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
