Responsibilities
- Partnering with area teams to identify improvement opportunities and develop solutions.
- Project management to drive structural improvements.
- Establishing and maintaining area production management systems.
- Improving operational efficiency of factory equipment.
- Enhancing labor productivity through Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Communicating business objectives to area teams and providing forecasts.

Job Requirements
- BS or higher in Industrial Engineering; advanced MS degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in semiconductor-related work is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and creative thinking skills.
- Proficient in data analysis, including statistics and SPC.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, R, or C++.
- Experience in deploying Lean principles is advantageous.
