Responsibilities
- Maintain, upgrade, and monitor wafer fabrication equipment.
- Identify and reduce variation in process and tool performance.
- Increase production capacity on new and existing toolsets.
- Support defectivity and scrap reduction efforts.
- Define Out of Control Action Plans.
- Improve tool reliability and availability.
- Implement Six-Sigma statistical process control methods.
Job Requirements
- BS or MS in an engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical preferred).
- Ability to generate, analyze, and interpret data.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize work effectively.
- Good foundational problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interact professionally with multiple disciplines.
- Demonstrated presentation skills.
