Responsibilities
- Develop and implement reliability test plans and protocols.
- Collaborate with design, product, and test engineering teams to apply DFT methodologies.
- Familiarity with DFR guidelines including reliability prediction and physics of failure modeling.
- Develop and implement DFR strategies early in the product lifecycle.
- Conduct failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) during product development.
- Collaborate with teams to determine root causes of failures.
- Maintain detailed documentation of reliability tests and results.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 8+ years of experience in reliability engineering.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis software and reliability testing tools.
- Outstanding analytical skills for diagnosing and resolving issues.
- Strong communication skills for collaboration.
- Proven experience with JEDEC and AEC-Q100 standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
