Responsibilities
- Plan and implement qualifications of new NVIDIA products including IC chips.
- Investigate and analyze failures and failure mechanisms.
- Drive corrective and preventive actions based on data analysis.
- Assess reliability test requirements for non-conforming materials.
- Maintain and improve the reliability database.
- Communicate findings through reports and presentations.
- Utilize reliability data analysis tools for product quality improvement.
Job Requirements
- Firm technical background in wafer fab and Flip Chip BGA technologies.
- Knowledge of CMOS device physics and reliability statistics.
- Familiarity with industry standards like JEDEC and AEC-Q100.
- Proficiency in reliability data analysis tools such as JMP and Minitab.
- 8+ years of experience in IC reliability.
- BS or higher degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Material Sciences.
- MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering is preferable.
