Responsibilities
- Implement and optimize HTOL test programs aligned with JEDEC standards.
- Operate and maintain HTOL ovens for efficient testing.
- Build and debug burn-in boards, resolving signal-integrity issues.
- Apply thermal management techniques in HTOL environments.
- Collaborate with lab technicians and engineers to solve technical challenges.
- Maintain and improve the reliability database for continuous improvement.
- Work with vendors to enhance burn-in boards and HTOL systems.
Job Requirements
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HTOL test systems and data analysis.
- Expertise in HTOL stress testing and JEDEC standards.
- Hands-on experience with HTOL chamber operation and maintenance.
- Proficiency with test equipment for data acquisition.
- Programming experience with Python or MATLAB.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
