Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle of an autonomous driving program from definition to mass-production readiness.
- Coordinate multi-functional engineering teams toward shared milestones.
- Manage schedules, dependencies, and risks across internal and customer programs.
- Define and supervise key metrics to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Act as the single point of accountability for vehicle-line AD feature integration.
- Drive issue resolution and data-driven decision-making across stakeholders.
- Continuously refine execution processes to increase development speed and reliability.
Job Requirements
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of program or project management experience in autonomous driving or ADAS.
- Proven success leading cross-functional technical teams.
- Strong understanding of autonomous driving software stack and E/E architecture.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Solid command of modern project tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Proficient in English and capable of leading cross-region discussions.
