Responsibilities
- Track and communicate key results, constraints, risks, and dependencies.
- Handle cross-functional communications and report progress to upper management.
- Collaborate in developing the Plan of Record (POR) for production release.
- Lead cross-functional NPI meetings and address key operational issues.
- Drive process improvement initiatives for NPI across teams.
- Own metrics for NPI supply commits and manage budgets for NPI.
- Develop processes and metrics for functional teams in Ops planning and quality.
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in engineering or technical program management.
- Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or equivalent; Master's preferred.
- PMP or Project/Program Management Certification is a plus.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Program Management and planning tools.
- Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
