Responsibilities
- Contribute to product design execution individually or by leading internal contributors and suppliers.
- Prepare early design concepts and product architecture for fast-paced marketing cycles.
- Drive design aspects of mechanical systems such as structures, displays, and thermal systems.
- Research and innovate with new technologies, materials, and processes.
- Collaborate with Industrial Design to create groundbreaking products.
- Lead mechanical architecture definition and product development.
- Utilize 3D CAD tools for product design and analysis.
Job Requirements
- Minimum BSME or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in product and mechanical design.
- Proficiency in Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA).
- Excellent experience with 3D CAD software (e.g., Creo, Catia, Solidworks).
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with finite element analysis.
- Experience in manufacturing processes (casting, plastics, sheet metal).
- Background in leading resources and working with supply chains.
