Responsibilities
- Lead and develop engineering and data teams in Europe and the U.S.
- Architect NVIDIA’s data curation strategy for AI training and simulation.
- Invent and deploy algorithms for mining and classifying driving scenarios.
- Collaborate with research, perception, mapping, simulation, and fleet operations teams.
- Build reliable systems for processing billions of frames and diverse sensor data.
- Champion data quality and metadata standards for development and safety improvements.
Job Requirements
- 15+ years of industry experience, with 5+ in technical leadership roles.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven success in leading distributed engineering or data-focused teams.
- Deep understanding of algorithm development for data mining and filtering.
- Hands-on experience with VLMs, LLMs, or multimodal AI systems.
- Prior experience in the autonomous vehicle ecosystem and related data workflows.
- Strong expertise in large-scale data processing and machine learning pipelines.
