Responsibilities
- Coordinate between project stakeholders from initial requirements to silicon delivery.
- Ensure consistency with company strategy and goals through collaboration with project managers and engineers.
- Develop and implement hardware methodologies and project management processes.
- Execute complex ASIC programs and manage relationships with semiconductor vendors.
- Drive alignment across internal teams and external partners.
- Lead cross-functional teams and initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- At least 12 years of experience in hardware program management in semiconductor or ASIC development.
- Excellent program management skills and familiarity with project management tools.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage projects effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience in customer-facing roles and with external silicon vendors.
- Technical leadership experience in hardware development and memory technologies.
