Responsibilities
- Lead the engineering strategy and roadmap for Isaac for Healthcare, covering simulation, testing, and deployment.
- Recruit and mentor a team of engineers in robotics software and AI/ML.
- Interface with healthcare collaborators to translate demands into platform features.
- Define the technical vision for healthcare AI toolchains and make architectural decisions.
- Collaborate with various teams to maintain consistent development of the platform.
- Influence the product roadmap and go-to-market strategy for Isaac for Healthcare.
- Represent NVIDIA at conferences and engage with standards organizations.
Job Requirements
- 15+ years of engineering experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles.
- Proven experience in building sophisticated software platforms or developer frameworks.
- Expertise in robot perception, physics-based simulation, or medical robotics software.
- Strong communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Graduate degree in a related technical field or equivalent experience.
- Experience with NVIDIA platforms and familiarity with regulatory pathways for medical devices.
- Publications or patents in relevant fields are a plus.
