Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product owners and technical leads to identify power infrastructure requirements.
- Create designs from concept to permit and construction documents.
- Define critical equipment specifications and power systems for the AI Factory.
- Support advanced power system development and analysis.
- Partner with vendors to align data center electrical systems with requirements.
- Prepare documentation including Statements of Work and total cost of ownership analysis.
- Collaborate with electrical simulation partners to support the development of Electrical Digital Twin.
Job Requirements
- BS and/or MS in Electrical Engineering with a PE License (or equivalent experience) and 10+ years of experience in data center design.
- Ability to foster a collaborative climate with multi-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills.
- Extensive knowledge of electrical power paths and systems for data centers.
- Knowledge of building codes and laws relevant to electrical design.
- Proficiency in software for design and analysis of electrical power systems.
- Experience with Direct Current (DC) power distribution and dynamic power behavior control.
