Responsibilities
- Drive execution and program management for high-priority initiatives, including the Robotaxi program.
- Identify and communicate top risks, dependencies, and relationships impacting execution.
- Define and manage the engineering operating cadence and performance metrics.
- Break down complex technical challenges into actionable workstreams.
- Craft clear communications connecting technical details and business context for stakeholders.
- Define and track key engineering KPIs for progress measurement.
- Partner with engineering and product leadership to align milestones and deliver commitments.
Job Requirements
- Technical degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MS or PhD preferred.
- Strong consulting or strategy background in technical operations or program leadership.
- Significant experience leading cross-functional technical or operational programs.
- Ability to translate technical work into execution plans and measurable outcomes.
- Proven success in strategic and execution-level operations.
- Experience in advanced technology domains like robotics, autonomy, or AI.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with executives and partners.
