Responsibilities
- Drive execution and program management for high-priority initiatives, including the Robotaxi program.
- Identify and communicate top risks and dependencies impacting execution.
- Establish and manage the engineering operating system for consistency and accountability.
- Facilitate decision-making by breaking down complex technical challenges.
- Craft clear communications connecting technical details with business context.
- Define and track key engineering KPIs to measure progress and risks.

Job Requirements
- Technical degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (MS or PhD preferred).
- Strong consulting background or experience in technical operations and program leadership.
- Significant experience leading complex, cross-functional technical programs.
- Ability to translate technical work into clear execution plans.
- Proven success in strategic and execution-level operations.
- Experience in advanced technology domains like robotics or AI.
