Responsibilities

Job Requirements
- B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, or related field.
- 8+ years of professional engineering experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven excellence in mechanical design and delivering complex products.
- Experience with automotive or consumer electronics product cycles.
- Strong communication skills for interaction with engineers and leadership.
- Ability to recruit, mentor, and scale an engineering organization.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
