Responsibilities
- Develop electrical wiring designs including selection of components.
- Support design requirements for power generation, conversion, and distribution systems.
- Responsible for system/component design and development.
- Participate on a subcontractor management team and act as technical point of contact.
- Plan and execute system level tests and verifications.
- Conduct system evaluations to verify requirements and airworthiness.
- Troubleshoot and support data processing for electrical systems.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a STEM discipline with extensive engineering experience.
- Active In-Scope DoD Secret clearance.
- Experience in electrical design of air vehicle systems.
- Supplier Management Team (SMT) experience.
- Preferred: Active DoD Top Secret clearance and military aircraft subsystem development experience.
- Familiarity with military standards (e.g., MIL-STD-704).
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
