Responsibilities
- Define operational strategies for the EEEE Team in collaboration with program management and technical leaders.
- Set objectives and lead First Line Managers to meet team goals.
- Improve processes and optimize organizational procedures for efficiency.
- Identify and champion opportunities for change within the PM&P organization.
- Build relationships and effectively communicate to influence accountability across stakeholders.
- Manage schedules, labor forecasting, and performance as a Control Account Manager (CAM).
- Lead and mentor multiple teams while ensuring effective collaboration across organizations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a STEM discipline with relevant experience.
- Active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance.
- Minimum of 3 years in a formal lead/management position.
- Experience in PM&P EEEE parts selection for large military programs.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time if not located in Roy, UT.
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage complex integration programs.
- Familiarity with Model-based Systems Engineering (MBSE) concepts is a plus.
