Responsibilities
- Perform reliability and maintainability allocations and predictions for missile systems.
- Develop/Analyze Failure Modes Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA).
- Support Failure Reporting Analysis and Corrective Action System (FRACAS).
- Conduct Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) and mission success/reliability analyses.
- Support BIT Design Verification Testing and Maintainability Demonstrations.
- Collaborate with Integrated Product Teams (IPT) for reliability aspects of systems.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers regarding technical insights.
Job Requirements
- BS in Electrical or Aerospace Engineering with 5 years of experience (or MS with 3 years).
- Familiarity with MIL-HDBK documents and electronic circuit schematics.
- Clear communication skills for interaction with team and leadership.
- Innovative mindset focused on process improvement.
- U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain a Secret DoD Security Clearance.
- Experience with hands-on RMT analysis and reliability techniques.
- Ability to read circuit schematics and mechanical drawings.
