Responsibilities
- Support development and integration of radar subsystems and components.
- Develop, analyze, and implement requirements translating customer needs into specifications.
- Perform model-based systems engineering (MBSE) and capture requirements.
- Conduct performance and functional analyses and detailed trade studies.
- Perform risk analysis and develop mitigation plans.
- Collaborate with engineers and program stakeholders on various tasks.
- Conduct informal and formal testing of subsystem requirements and troubleshoot hardware.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline or higher.
- 2 years of related professional/military experience, or higher education with no experience required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government Secret clearance.
- Knowledge of electromagnetics in the RF spectrum.
- Experience with RF equipment for airborne platforms.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills related to RF or Radar subsystems.
