Responsibilities
- Support development and integration of radar subsystems and components
- Develop, analyze, and implement requirements translating customer needs into specifications
- Perform Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and capture requirements and interfaces
- Conduct performance and functional analyses
- Execute detailed trade studies and perform risk analysis
- Collaborate with engineers and program stakeholders
- Conduct testing of subsystems to validate and verify requirements
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline and 2 years of related experience, or a Master's/Ph.D. with no experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
- Knowledge of electromagnetics in the RF spectrum
- Experience with RF equipment for airborne platforms
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Familiarity with model-based systems engineering tools and performance analysis tools
