Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional Integrated Program Teams (IPT) to meet program objectives.
- Measure and report program performance across multiple programs.
- Collaborate with supply chain and engineering to resolve technical challenges.
- Deliver presentations to customers and stakeholders.
- Participate in contract negotiations and manage program requirements.
- Establish and manage program baselines and budgets.
- Conduct risk and opportunity management practices.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of related experience or Master’s degree with 3 years of program management experience.
- 5+ years of experience leading program tasks within cost, schedule, and technical requirements.
- Experience in aerospace/defense industry or Department of Defense.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government DoD Secret security clearance.
- Preferred: Degree in science, engineering, or business; PMP certification; experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Agile methodologies.
- Active Security Clearance is a plus.
