Responsibilities
- Provide guidance to Engineering on manufacturing techniques.
- Participate in tool design reviews to reduce build times and costs.
- Define sequence of operations for product builds.
- Investigate and initiate corrective actions for non-conforming products.
- Identify improvement opportunities for producibility and affordability.
- Act as a technical representative for the Manufacturing organization.
- Collaborate with diverse teams to solve complex engineering problems.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a STEM field.
- 1-4 years of related engineering experience, depending on the position level.
- Active DOD Secret security clearance.
- Ability to obtain/maintain Special Access Program clearance.
- Preferred experience with CAD software and GD&T.
- Strong communication skills for presenting product improvement proposals.
- Experience in aerospace defense manufacturing is a plus.
