Responsibilities
- Lead execution of contract scope, managing cost, schedule, and risk.
- Coordinate with multiple functions for developing international teaming agreements and product support plans.
- Convert customer requests into executable requirements and action plans.
- Establish and execute milestones tied to master plans and schedules.
- Identify program problems and obtain solutions.
- Drive execution of work scope with Supplier Program counterparts.
- Act as the primary customer contact for program activities and lead program review sessions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of related experience or a master’s degree with 8 years of related experience.
- Experience in project management, program management, engineering, or business management functions.
- Prior management experience with programs valued at or greater than $25M.
- Experience with complex fleet modernization, training, and field support services.
- Leadership experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Experience with international customers.
- Preferred: Master's Degree in a technical discipline and current Secret Clearance.
