Responsibilities
- Lead execution of contract scope, managing cost, schedule, and risk.
- Coordinate with multiple functions to develop international teaming agreements and execute product support plans.
- Convert customer requests into executable requirements and action plans.
- Establish and monitor milestones tied to master plans and schedules.
- Drive execution of work scope with Supplier Program counterparts.
- Manage P&L and all phases of programs, ensuring adherence to budgets and financial terms.
- Act as the primary customer contact for program activities and lead program review sessions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of related experience, or a master’s degree with 8 years of related experience.
- Background in project management, program management, engineering, or business management.
- Prior management experience with programs valued at or greater than $25M.
- Experience with complex Fleet modernization, training, and field support services.
- Leadership experience with cross-functional teams and managing suppliers/subcontractors.
- Experience with international customers.
- Preferred: Master's Degree in a technical discipline and current Secret Clearance.
