Responsibilities
- Owns overall quality and validity of all program-vetted Risks/Issues/Opportunities.
- Performs independent assessments of technical, cost, and schedule impacts of risks, issues, and opportunities.
- Collaborates with risk owners and associated CAMs to meet risk mitigation and opportunity development commitments.
- Ensures adherence to program RIO processes against corporate and sector procedures.
- Maintains and manages the Risks, Issues, and Opportunity management plan.
- Develops and delivers F-35 RIO training as required.
- Acts as the primary contact for all program RIO activities, including leadership and customer reviews.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 10 years of related experience or a Master's degree with 8 years of related experience.
- Experience in project management, program management, engineering, or business management.
- Knowledge of Project Management principles and experience in managing projects, scheduling, and budget.
- At least 5 years of formal leadership experience in a people leadership role.
- Experience with risk, issue, and opportunity development.
- Familiarity with aircraft production, supply chain, engineering, and product support.
- Proficient in AS Sector Tracking Risk, Issues, and Opportunity (TRIO) Tool.
