Responsibilities
- Develop aircraft electrical wiring designs for functional systems.
- Select aircraft-type conductors and electro-mechanical components.
- Ensure compliance with SAE AS 50881 and IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards.
- Design electrical wiring interconnection systems using ECAD software tools.
- Collaborate with harness fabrication shops.
- Work as part of a multi-disciplined team in a fast-paced environment.
- Troubleshoot issues related to aircraft subsystems.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 5 years of related electrical engineering experience (or 3 years with a Master's degree).
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government Secret clearance.
- Familiarity with EMI shielding and separation requirements.
- Experience with military aircraft subsystem development preferred.
- Proficiency in ECAD software tools for wiring design.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
