Responsibilities
- Develop aircraft electrical wiring designs and select appropriate components.
- Ensure compliance with SAE AS 50881 and IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards.
- Design electrical wiring interconnection systems (EWIS) using ECAD software tools.
- Collaborate with harness fabrication shops.
- Work independently and as part of a multi-disciplined team.
- Adapt to a fast-paced work environment with diverse assignments.
- Troubleshoot issues on aircraft subsystems.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 2 years of related electrical engineering experience for Level 2; 5 years for Level 3.
- Experience in electrical design of air vehicle systems.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
- Familiarity with military aircraft subsystem development preferred.
- Proficiency with ECAD software tools such as Siemens (Mentor Graphics) Capital Harness.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
