Responsibilities
- Support development and integration of EOIR subsystems and components.
- Develop, analyze, and implement requirements translating customer needs into specifications.
- Perform model-based systems engineering and capture requirements and interfaces.
- Conduct functional and performance analyses and detailed trade studies.
- Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders on technical issues.
- Develop and maintain supplier documentation and specifications.
- Perform testing of subsystem requirements and validate systems through ground and flight tests.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline or higher.
- 2 years of related professional/military experience in Engineering or equivalent advanced degree.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
- Knowledge of EO/IR phenomenology and experience with EOIR equipment for airborne platforms.
- Preferred experience in system modeling and digital image processing algorithms.
- Familiarity with model-based systems engineering tools and performance analysis software.
- Experience in supplier management and technical evaluations.
